By using Yap ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Yap provides AI-powered customer analytics, dormancy detection, and win-back email tools for boutique retail businesses. Features include customer RFM scoring, automated email campaigns, dead stock analysis, and weekly performance reports.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@getyap.co for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.
Yap and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your store data and customer data.
Yap is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
